Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery date. If more than 30 days have gone by, we may be able offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in it’s original packaging.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:
•Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing pieces.
•Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please provide your order number and reason for return in your message. We may request pictures if needed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your return and refund status.
If the return is accepted, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
If you paid with PayPal, you are likely eligible to receive a free return shipping label or reimbursement with PayPal’s Return Shipping on Us program. Visit PayPal’s website to learn more. We make no guarantees that PayPal will cover return shipping.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service for proof of delivery in the event that we do not receive your returned item.
